Description:
Brain Freeze UAE is currently looking to hire a skilled and detail-oriented Fit-out Draftsman to join its growing team in Dubai Investment Park (DIP 2), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with strong technical drawing skills and experience in preparing detailed fit-out and construction drawings using CAD software.
The selected candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to create accurate technical drawings and ensure all designs meet project requirements and industry standards. The company is seeking a motivated professional who can efficiently manage revisions, maintain organized drawing records, and support ongoing project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software and related design tools
• Develop detailed fit-out drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers and designers
• Review, update, and modify drawings according to project requirements and feedback
• Ensure all technical drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and company requirements
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and project alignment
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation
• Assist in preparing layouts, technical details, and shop drawings for fit-out projects
• Support project teams by providing technical drafting assistance throughout project stages
• Ensure timely completion of drawings and revisions within project deadlines
• Monitor design changes and update documentation accordingly
Requirements:
• Experience in drafting, CAD operations, or fit-out projects is preferred
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other drafting or design software
• Ability to prepare accurate technical and construction drawings
• Good understanding of fit-out, interior design, and construction standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, architects, and project teams
• Candidates currently residing in the United Arab Emirates will only be considered for this position
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently
