Key Responsibilities:
Client Education & Sales:
- Conduct financial needs analyses for individuals, families, and small business owners.
- Educate clients on core financial concepts, wealth-building strategies, and protection solutions.
- Recommend and offer suitable financial products from a network of leading providers.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and engagement.
Business Development & Marketing:
- Generate leads proactively via personal networking, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
- Host and participate in seminars, workshops, and one-on-one meetings to attract potential clients.
- Develop and execute a personal marketing plan to grow your brand and client pipeline.
Team Building & Leadership (Path to Management):
- Recruit, train, and mentor new agents to build and manage your own team.
- Develop leadership skills to guide and motivate your team toward achieving business goals.
Candidate Profile:
- Potential for growth in team building, financial services, financial planning, and financial analysis.
- Conversational English proficiency.
