Description:
TruStage is looking for a Financial Professional Coordinator to join their remote team and provide operational, marketing, and administrative support to multiple financial services professionals. This role focuses on enhancing efficiency and productivity while ensuring high-quality support for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing efforts of the program:
    • Assemble seminar packets.
    • Coordinate seminar logistics.
    • Maintain lobby marketing materials.
    • Manage mailings.
    • Execute basic member-level marketing activities, including birthday cards and newsletters.
  • Administrative support to financial services professional(s):
    • Coordinate and maintain professional schedules and calendars.
    • Set up and confirm appointments with members.
    • Manage phone communications.
    • Order supplies and maintain contact information.
  • Support program success:
    • Coordinate and track referrals.
    • Conduct training with CU employees on program processes.
    • Prepare program reports.
  • Support TruStage Wealth Management Solutions (TWMS) Compliance initiatives:
    • Maintain confidential member information according to TWMS policies and data security procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable engaging with people face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
