Job Purpose:
This role operates in a virtual setting and supports multiple financial services professionals by providing centralized operational, marketing, and administrative assistance. Your work will streamline productivity, strengthen member engagement, and ensure compliance with TruStage Wealth Management Solutions (TWMS) policies.

Key Responsibilities — Marketing Support:

  • Assemble seminar packets and coordinate seminar logistics.
  • Maintain lobby marketing material supplies and manage mailings.
  • Execute member-level marketing touches (e.g., birthday cards, newsletters).

Key Responsibilities — Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate and maintain calendars and schedules for assigned financial professionals.
  • Book, confirm, and manage member appointments and incoming calls.
  • Order supplies and create/manage accurate contact information records.

Key Responsibilities — Program Success & Reporting:

  • Coordinate and track referrals to drive program growth.
  • Provide process training to credit union (CU) employees as needed.
  • Prepare routine program reports and dashboards for visibility and decision-making.

Compliance & Data Security:

  • Protect confidential member information and follow TWMS data security and privacy procedures at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging face-to-face and by phone.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
