Description:
Molina Healthcare is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team remotely in Arizona. This role provides leadership and expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, helping to drive strategic decision-making and identify opportunities to enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the timely submission of analytics and reports necessary for the financial planning and analysis function.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data contained in reports.
• Analyze financial trends and results, utilizing both internal and external data sources.
• Develop forecasts and budgets to project future capital expenditures and profitability.
• Build and assess models to evaluate risk and return for various business scenarios.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare finance or analytical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced expertise in healthcare analytics and ability to convert data into actionable reports.
• Strong critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven time management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), and other relevant financial software.

Preferred Qualifications:
• CPA, CFA, or CMA certification.
• Experience in the health insurance industry.
