Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Financial Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and administrative skills, as well as a passion for providing excellent service to patients and supporting our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record all financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and reimbursements
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding billing and payments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and respond to financial inquiries
