Description:
Infobase is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is essential in analyzing financial reporting, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and enabling informed decision-making across the organization. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S., as sponsorship is not available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and analyze financial reports from large datasets, including bookings, revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, capital expenses, and customer information
- Support customer pricing analysis and related financial evaluations
- Act as a strategic partner within the embedded finance group, translating complex financial data into actionable intelligence for departmental leaders
- Participate in annual budget preparation and forecasting
- Build and maintain financial models, business case analyses, and management reporting
- Document processes, streamline reports, and drive process improvements
- Produce ad hoc analytical reports and other related duties as assigned
- Execute special projects assigned by the Corporate Controller, FP&A, and CFO
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong analytical ability to process large datasets and extract actionable insights
- High aptitude for learning and tackling new challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
- Experience with Power Query, Power BI, Python/R, SQL
- Exceptional organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
