Description:
Infobase is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is essential in analyzing financial reporting, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and enabling informed decision-making across the organization. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S., as sponsorship is not available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and analyze financial reports from large datasets, including bookings, revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, capital expenses, and customer information
  • Support customer pricing analysis and related financial evaluations
  • Act as a strategic partner within the embedded finance group, translating complex financial data into actionable intelligence for departmental leaders
  • Participate in annual budget preparation and forecasting
  • Build and maintain financial models, business case analyses, and management reporting
  • Document processes, streamline reports, and drive process improvements
  • Produce ad hoc analytical reports and other related duties as assigned
  • Execute special projects assigned by the Corporate Controller, FP&A, and CFO

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong analytical ability to process large datasets and extract actionable insights
  • High aptitude for learning and tackling new challenges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
  • Experience with Power Query, Power BI, Python/R, SQL
  • Exceptional organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
