Description:
Healthmap Solutions is seeking a meticulous and proactive Financial Analyst to join our team and support our mission of delivering innovative specialty health management, with a focus on kidney health populations. This role will provide critical financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to help guide strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, analyze, and report on financial plans, forecasts, and operational data
• Compare budgets and forecasts with actual results to highlight variances and trends
• Analyze key performance indicators, including revenue, costs, and staff utilization
• Implement revenue recognition processes, addressing complex revenue matters and modeling performance obligations
• Develop automated tools and processes to enhance productivity and reduce duplication of efforts
• Assemble and summarize data, create reports, and present findings with visual aids such as charts and graphs
• Serve as a primary contact for financial inquiries, supporting business units and senior management
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant financial analysis experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with financial planning software (Hyperion, Sage, Adaptive Insights) is preferred
