Evlo AI is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, compliance, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing financial models, analyzing business performance, and providing insights that support corporate growth.
This position involves close collaboration with engineering, product, accounting, and leadership teams to evaluate business scenarios, optimize capital allocation, and maintain strong financial controls under US GAAP, SEC reporting standards, and SOX compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain advanced financial models using Excel and FP&A tools for forecasting and annual budgeting.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual financial results and forecasts.
• Provide actionable financial insights and reports to executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX internal controls.
• Support month-end close processes, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate ROI for strategic initiatives and capital investments.
• Automate financial reporting workflows using SQL, BI tools, and modern data integrations.
• Assist in improving financial processes and reporting accuracy.
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis within a technology or high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial modeling, valuation techniques, and SOX compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and enterprise financial systems.
• Experience with platforms such as NetSuite, Workday, or Hyperion is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA qualification is an advantage.
• Experience with Python or advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau is preferred.
