Jamf is seeking a talented and analytical Financial Analyst to join its growing finance team in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, the Financial Analyst will provide critical financial decision support to senior leaders by delivering in-depth analysis of key performance indicators, tracking and benchmarking financial trends, and contributing significantly to forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close activities. The primary focus area for this position will be Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Recognized Revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver timely and actionable financial insights to support executive-level decision-making
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business areas
• Analyze monthly financial results, prepare variance explanations, and present findings to stakeholders
• Aggregate, analyze, and present financial and operational data to support strategic initiatives
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and key metrics within planning and reporting tools
• Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and forecasts for key business initiatives
• Produce ad-hoc and non-standard management reports as required
• Prepare financial data for corporate and external reporting
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment of financial results and insights

What We Are Looking For:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (required)
• Experience within the software or technology industry is preferred
• Familiarity with forecasting, reporting, and accounting systems is an advantage
• Strong desire to learn with a positive and proactive mindset
• High attention to accuracy, detail, and efficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (required)
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
