Description:
Cotiviti is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst I to join our Finance team. The role focuses on supporting executive reporting, departmental budgeting and forecasting, and providing ad hoc analyses and quality assurance for internal and external stakeholders. This position offers exposure to cross-departmental financial operations and the opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Prepare monthly executive reports for both internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with business partners to develop recurring forecasts that guide departmental management
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets for assigned departments
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and project work as needed
• Support quality assurance for requests from external stakeholders
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
• BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with ability to quantify financial and operational impacts from limited data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a matrix organization
