About the Role
We’re seeking a meticulous and data-driven Financial Analyst to strengthen our planning and decision support. You’ll turn numbers into practical recommendations, build robust models, and deliver clear reporting that leadership can act on.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with commentary on trends and variances.
- Lead and support budgeting and rolling forecast cycles, consolidating inputs and performing variance analysis to explain performance.
- Build, maintain, and improve driver-based financial models to evaluate plans, scenarios, and investment opportunities.
- Track and interpret KPIs and key financial metrics, benchmarking results versus targets and flagging risks and upside early.
- Conduct cost reviews and profitability analyses across products, projects, and departments to guide resource allocation.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial insights and practical, data-backed recommendations.
- Prepare management and board presentations, translating complex findings into concise, visual narratives.
- Uphold data integrity, internal controls, and policy compliance across all financial processes.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s/CFA is a plus.
- Experience: 5–8 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles with proven reporting and modeling exposure.
- Knowledge: Solid grasp of financial statements, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
- Tools: Advanced Excel; familiarity with ERP/BI platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Power BI.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability, strong quantitative aptitude, and clear communication with non-finance audiences.
- Traits: High attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
