Description:
CareMore Health is seeking a Financial Accounting Analyst to support month-end close functions, financial analysis, reporting, and project leadership. This remote position is ideal for candidates based in California. CareMore APC has nearly 30 years of experience providing advanced primary care, delivering personalized patient care in clinics, at home, or virtually, with a focus on improving health outcomes and quality of life.
Primary Duties:
- Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, physician statements, compensation calculations, and payroll grids
- Review general ledger activity to identify errors and take corrective action
- Identify complex accounting issues or workflow problems, research solutions, and implement improvements
- Coordinate, manage, and lead complex projects and accounting processes
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CMA preferred
- Experience with month-end close processes and account reconciliation preferred
- Candidates located in California preferred
- Compensation may vary by geographic market and includes bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance
