Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess AI-generated financial plans and recommendations for correctness, compliance, and client fit.
  • Calibrate investment and retirement-planning models to ensure they are financially sound and aligned with client goals.
  • Simulate advisory workflows such as asset allocation, risk profiling, and retirement-income modeling to validate AI behavior.
  • Audit and refine AI-produced reports, adjusting assumptions and narratives so they reflect practical, real-world advice.
  • Work asynchronously with product and research teams to surface issues, improve model reliability, and increase trustworthiness in outputs.

Ideal Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or in a similar advisory role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline; professional certifications (CFP, CFA, CPA, ChFC) are highly valued.
  • Deep understanding of financial planning topics (retirement, estate planning, investment strategies).
  • Strong client-facing communication skills — able to explain complex strategies clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations and fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Candidates located in the US, UK, Canada, Australia or Europe are preferred.

Project Timeline
