Description:
A leading organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Finance Professional with a strong background in the fashion retail industry. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have managed finance operations for high-volume retail businesses with multiple outlets and possess strong leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and operational finance while ensuring effective financial controls across multiple retail branches. Immediate or short-notice joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage finance and accounting operations for multiple retail branches.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow and perform detailed financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Coordinate audits and maintain strong financial controls.
• Manage banking relationships and support strategic financial planning.
• Lead and supervise finance teams across retail operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of Finance and Accounting experience.
• Mandatory experience in the Fashion Retail industry.
• Proven experience managing finance operations for multiple retail outlets.
• Experience leading large finance teams and supporting high-volume business operations.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Experience handling audits, VAT compliance, banking relationships, and financial controls.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Immediate or short-notice joiners will have an advantage.
