Handshake is seeking skilled Finance Professionals to participate in AI research projects through flexible, hourly contract work. This role is distinct from traditional corporate, banking, consulting, or investment positions. You will leverage your real-world experience in financial analysis, modeling, and advisory to evaluate AI-generated content, ensuring it accurately reflects financial concepts, industry terminology, quantitative reasoning, and professional communication standards.
This is a project-based, ongoing opportunity, ideal for professionals who wish to contribute alongside research, teaching, postdoctoral work, or other industry roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, clarity, analytical rigor, and alignment with real-world financial practices
- Design job-related prompts to guide AI evaluation
- Apply professional judgment and expertise to provide detailed feedback for AI improvement
- Work independently following established guidelines, maintaining a high standard of discretion and confidentiality

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a closely related field
- Experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, asset management, or related roles
- Hands-on experience in financial analysis, building or reviewing financial models, and interpreting financial statements
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow written instructions
- High professional judgment, reliability, and discretion with sensitive information
