Description:
Enmar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Procurement Document Controller to join its manufacturing team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in finance administration, procurement documentation, and compliance processes who can efficiently manage records within a structured business environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, supporting finance and procurement operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, and managing records effectively. Candidates with manufacturing experience and strong knowledge of ERP systems will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain finance and procurement-related documents and records.
• Ensure proper filing, tracking, and retrieval of documents in accordance with company procedures.
• Support finance and procurement teams with administrative and documentation requirements.
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.
• Maintain organized records for audits and internal reviews.
• Assist with procurement documentation, purchase records, and related processes.
• Support finance-related administrative activities and reporting requirements.
• Ensure document control procedures are followed across departments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth document flow and approvals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or a similar administrative/compliance role.
• Experience working within structured policies and procedures.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP ERP is desirable.
• Excellent document management, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
