Ladders is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Operations Lead to support a leading organization in the Hospitals & Medical Centers sector. This role ensures that financial operations run efficiently, reliably, and are positioned for scale. The ideal candidate enjoys process improvement, problem-solving, and making complex financial systems more streamlined.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map all finance-related processes with detailed granularity
- Analyze workflow impacts on financial reporting and operational accuracy
- Identify inefficiencies and provide data-backed recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to optimize processes
- Develop comprehensive documentation and operational frameworks for financial data flow
- Assist Finance leadership with investigations and workflow redesigns
- Independently solve complex operational challenges with precision
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong foundation in financial analysis: forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and cost structure assessment
- Proven ability to map end-to-end financial processes including data flows, system touchpoints, and control points
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and validation
- Experience working with Finance teams, financial systems, and ERP workflows
- Ability to structure complex problems and communicate data-driven insights clearly
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, complex environments; marketplace experience is a plus
