Description:
ConceiveAbilities is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Operations Associate to support financial operations related to client accounts, invoicing, payments, escrow management, and reporting activities. This role plays an important part in managing financial processes that support clients throughout their family-building journeys.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, financial operations experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with internal teams. The position will also provide support with accounts payable, audits, month-end closing, and financial analysis initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial activities related to client accounts, including invoicing, bill payments, and escrow management.
• Create and maintain measurable financial processes, checklists, and performance tracking systems.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to complete financial tasks and operational requests.
• Prepare accurate client invoices and process payments according to customer requirements.
• Conduct regular audits of client escrow accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve financial and client-related issues.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support annual audits and certain federal, state, and municipal filing requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting support for company initiatives.
• Cross-train with finance team members to support overall department operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• OR minimum 3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to apply business knowledge and collaborate effectively to solve problems.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft Excel and financial data management
• Accounts payable and payment processing
• Financial reporting and audit support
• QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, and Bill.com (Preferred)
