Description:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations related to multiple ongoing events. This role requires strong expertise in accounting, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting, with a focus on maintaining compliance and improving profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end accounting and financial processes for concurrent events.
- Developing and monitoring event budgets, comparing actuals versus estimates, and providing actionable financial insights to project managers.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Conducting cost analysis and identifying opportunities for improved profitability.
- Handling all direct and indirect taxation matters, including GST (returns, refunds, reconciliations), TDS (deduction, payment, return filing), and Income Tax.
- Managing tax assessments, audits, and liaising with tax authorities as required.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable financial regulations and statutory requirements.
- Overseeing accounts receivable (client billing) and accounts payable (vendor payments) for timely processing.
- Managing cash flow to meet operational requirements for events.
- Implementing and improving financial systems, internal controls, and procedures.
