Description:
KOKEN International FZ LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager / Senior Accountant to join its growing manufacturing team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role is suited to an accounting professional with strong UAE or GCC experience and a solid understanding of financial management, reporting, taxation, and compliance.
The successful candidate will oversee key accounting functions while working closely with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales teams to maintain accurate financial and inventory records. Experience in tobacco, cigarette, FMCG, manufacturing, or excise-related industries will be highly valued, particularly for candidates familiar with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and Excise Tax requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial accounting, bookkeeping, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow activities.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger operations.
• Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with UAE accounting requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales departments for accurate inventory and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate costing records for tobacco products, cigarettes, HNB products, and related raw materials.
• Monitor raw material consumption, production yields, wastage, and finished goods reconciliation.
• Conduct monthly stock counts and physical inventory verification.
• Prepare and submit UAE VAT and Corporate Tax returns in accordance with FTA requirements.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting and finance experience in the UAE or GCC.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in tobacco, cigarette, FMCG, manufacturing, or excise goods industries is highly preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and Excise Tax regulations is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Professional, reliable, and capable of working independently.
