Taskify is hiring a remote Finance Manager to help design and evaluate advanced finance and accounting problems for AI training. This flexible, work-from-home role is ideal for candidates with strong academic credentials in finance or accounting who enjoy writing rigorous problems, creating model solutions, and assessing AI outputs for accuracy and reasoning.
What you will do:
- Design challenging finance and accounting problems that push current AI models.
- Create clear grading rubrics that define what a high-quality answer must contain.
- Produce correct, model solutions that meet the rubric with 100% accuracy.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for logical reasoning, correctness, and clarity.
- Provide structured, constructive feedback to help improve model performance.
What we’re looking for:
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD (or currently enrolled) in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Expertise: Strong background in accounting and finance with the ability to craft graduate-level problems.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience producing rigorous questions and model answers.
- Attention to detail for evaluating AI outputs and peer submissions.
- Language: High proficiency in written and spoken English.
Compensation & benefits:
