Job Summary:
Molina Healthcare is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team remotely. This role is responsible for analyzing financial reports, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing recommendations on business strategies, investments, and financial regulations. The position involves collecting, interpreting, and evaluating financial data, preparing forecasts, and supporting business planning for new initiatives such as product development and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules for internal and external reporting within set deadlines.
- Record and verify all journal entries and other close documents.
- Maintain subsidiary schedules and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Supervise and guide finance staff, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors to provide financial and regulatory information, including requirements under Sarbanes-Oxley and other compliance frameworks.
- Create financial models to support strategic planning and business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Graduate degree preferred).
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant finance experience (6+ years preferred).
- CPA certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage financial teams.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Molina Healthcare offers a competitive benefits and compensation package, which may vary depending on geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. The pay range for this role is $80,412 – $188,164 annually.
