Description:
Vantor is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial operations within the IT and Cyber portfolio. This role is responsible for managing the company’s capital structure, investment decisions, and financial risk, while supporting strategic growth initiatives and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of annual budgets and multi-year financial forecasts across the enterprise Cyber and IT portfolio.
• Manage IT/Cyber accruals and forecasts with exceptional detail.
• Act as a strategic business partner with CIOs, VPs, and Directors to align on financial performance and provide actionable insights.
• Track and analyze all major technology investments to ensure compliance with financial targets.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop robust financial models and business cases for new IT and Cyber initiatives.
• Develop and maintain key financial and operational metrics to benchmark performance and drive efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with a minimum of 2 years focused on technology, software, or Cyber/IT functions.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Understanding of cybersecurity risk frameworks and how they influence financial investment decisions.
• Experience working directly with technology, engineering, or cybersecurity teams is preferred.
