We’re Hiring a Finance Manager for our Dubai Office
We are looking for a confident and experienced Finance Manager who has solid UAE accounting experience and a background in managerial or assistant managerial finance roles. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in local tax compliance and financial regulations and ready to take ownership of the finance function to keep operations running smoothly.
Mandatory skills:
- UAE experience is essential.
- Previous Managerial or Assistant Manager experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance and UAE financial regulations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate transaction recording.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
- Perform bank reconciliations, manage petty cash, and track payments.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and other regulatory requirements.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities to assist strategic planning.
- Handle month-end payroll processing and related payroll tasks.
What we’re looking for:
- Accounting experience in the UAE.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable using accounting software — Zoho Books experience preferred.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and good communication skills.
