A UAE-based company is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, accounting operations, budgeting, compliance, and taxation activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE VAT, UAE Corporate Tax, IFRS, and financial reporting processes. This role requires leadership abilities and experience managing finance operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial planning, accounting activities, budgeting, internal controls, compliance, and taxation matters.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
• Handle UAE VAT and UAE Corporate Tax-related activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and banking partners regarding funding, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Lead finance operations and support teams through regulatory changes and transitions.
Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 8+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Tally software.
• Proven experience working with external auditors and banking partners.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage finance operations effectively.
