Description:
A well-established Group of Companies in Dubai is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance function and oversee accounting operations across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong UAE experience and proven leadership skills to contribute to a dynamic business environment.
The successful candidate will manage a team of accountants, ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, oversee financial reporting, and provide valuable insights to senior management while supporting strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate external audits and manage the audit process.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic support to senior management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant UAE experience.
• Proven experience leading and managing an accounting team.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is an added advantage.
