Job Brief:
We are looking for a Finance Manager to analyze daily financial activities and provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on future financial plans. The Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the optimal use of the organization’s capital and resources, supervising the development of forecasting and risk assessment models, providing performance reports, identifying financial deviations, and analyzing financial statements including balance sheets and final accounts.
The ultimate goal is to empower company leadership to make sound financial decisions and support the achievement of business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Update the company’s accounting system and establish a documentary cycle that ensures internal control and procedural efficiency
- Set and monitor the implementation of the company’s general budget
- Prepare and manage company cash flows
- Develop and implement a production order costing system
- Prepare periodic financial reports for senior management
- Generate detailed and summary reports on operations and workflow progress
- Monitor bank transactions and banking facilities
- Update warehouse accounts and their documentation cycle
- Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and final accounts
- Analyze balance sheets and financial statements
- Organize and distribute work within the finance department for speed and accuracy
- Analyze operating costs with the aim of performance development and cost reduction
- Conduct expense and revenue analysis
- Communicate with banks and external auditors
- Motivate and guide accounting team members
- Create and oversee accounts for associate companies
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager
- Strong background in the financial sector
- Extensive understanding of financial trends within the company and in the broader market
- Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage, guide, and lead a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Up-to-date knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
