Description:
Roasters Specialty Coffee House, a fast-growing premium coffee brand in the UAE, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join its leadership team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong background in the food and beverage or hospitality sector who can effectively manage financial operations across multiple locations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial performance, improving profitability, controlling operational costs, and supporting strategic business growth. This position requires a hands-on leader who can provide valuable financial insights while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and operational efficiency throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enhance the financial performance of multiple specialty coffee house locations
• Develop and implement effective cost-control strategies to improve profitability
• Analyze inventory variances and manage food, beverage, and labor costs
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support expansion plans and business growth initiatives
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making
• Oversee accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls
• Maintain accurate financial records and support financial governance practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of finance experience in the F&B or hospitality industry within the UAE
• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of financial management within multi-location restaurant operations
• Ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow processes
• Immediate availability or ability to join on short notice is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Restaurant KPIs and financial performance metrics
• Multi-outlet financial consolidation and reporting
• Point-of-sale (POS) financial integrations
• Cost control, inventory management, and margin optimization
• Financial planning, compliance, and governance practices
