As part of the finance leadership team, the Finance Manager will play a key role in overseeing financial operations, strengthening internal controls, and supporting strategic business growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash flow management, and treasury functions
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models while analyzing variances and performance trends
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, tax regulations, and audit requirements
- Enhance internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial governance policies
- Support pricing strategies, cost optimization initiatives, and profitability improvement projects
- Act as a strategic finance partner to management, contributing to financial planning and business decision-making
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, consultants, and other external stakeholders
- Oversee ERP and finance system improvements, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy
