We’re Hiring – Finance Manager (Dubai)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role requires candidates who are currently based in the UAE and are ready to contribute immediately to our finance operations. The position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work on strategic financial management in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & MIS Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and management information.
- Month-End & Year-End Closing: Manage the full month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Audit Coordination: Handle annual audits and liaise effectively with auditors.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and forecast cash flows to ensure operational efficiency.
- Budgeting & Planning: Lead budgeting exercises, planning, and variance analysis.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure timely VAT, Corporate Tax, and other regulatory filings.
- ERP & Finance Automation: Work on ERP systems (Zoho, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and support finance automation initiatives.
- Financial Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager within the UAE.
- Currently residing in the UAE (mandatory).
- Strong ERP system experience (Zoho / SAP / Oracle or similar).
- Excellent understanding of audits, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
