🌴 We’re Hiring – Finance Manager | EVA Beach Restaurant, Palm Jumeirah 🌴
EVA Beach Restaurant, a vibrant beachfront dining destination on Palm Jumeirah, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and support growth. This is a hands-on role for someone with solid hospitality finance experience who can manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting while leading a small finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and budgeting processes for the restaurant, ensuring accurate forecasts and cost control.
- Monitor daily and monthly financial performance, analyze variances, and present actionable insights to management.
- Implement and maintain robust cash handling, purchasing, and inventory controls to protect profitability.
- Prepare timely financial reports, P&L analyses, and management accounts.
- Oversee payroll coordination, supplier payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Work closely with operations to optimize food and beverage costs, menu profitability, and vendor terms.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local tax regulations; support external audits as required.
- Mentor and guide junior finance staff, promoting accurate recordkeeping and process improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Strong background in hospitality or F&B finance—experience in restaurants or hotels is highly valued.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate numbers into operational recommendations.
- Proven leadership and communication abilities; comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Immediate availability is preferred; candidates able to join quickly will be prioritized.
