Finance Manager | Dubai | Immediate Joiners 🔥
We are seeking a proactive and seasoned Finance Manager to join a fast-growing organisation in Dubai. This role will lead core finance functions, ensuring accurate reporting, tight control of cash flow, and compliance with local tax and VAT requirements while supporting operational growth.
What we need:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports; analyse variances and provide actionable insights to management.
- Budgeting & Cash Flow Management: Lead the budgeting process, monitor cash forecasts, and implement measures to optimise working capital.
- Tax & VAT Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate VAT returns and compliance with UAE tax regulations; coordinate with external advisors as required.
- ERP & Internal Controls Expertise: Maintain and improve ERP processes, strengthen internal controls, and support system implementations or upgrades.
You are:
- Experienced & confident in running finance operations for growing businesses.
- Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for financial modelling and analysis.
- Comfortable with compliance tasks, tax filings and interacting with auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Ready to join immediately and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.
