Vantor is currently seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager, Cyber & IT to join its financial leadership team. This role plays a critical part in managing financial planning, forecasting, and investment oversight for the enterprise Cyber and IT portfolio. The position partners closely with senior technology leadership to ensure financial alignment with strategic roadmaps, while optimizing cost structures and managing financial risk.
Key responsibilities include leading the annual operating plan and multi-year forecasting process for Cyber and IT functions, ensuring close alignment with corporate financial objectives. The role manages detailed accruals, forecasts, and close reporting for IT and Cyber expenses, while providing high-visibility financial insights throughout the fiscal year.
The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with the CIO, VPs, and Directors to review monthly and quarterly financial performance, analyze variances against budget and forecast, and present findings to executive leadership, including the CFO. This includes highlighting key risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Additional responsibilities include tracking and analyzing major technology investments such as hardware refreshes, enterprise software renewals, and digital transformation initiatives. The role supports the development of financial models and business cases for new Cyber and IT initiatives, working directly with project managers and technical teams.
The position also focuses on developing and maintaining key financial and operational metrics, supporting vendor cost modeling during procurement negotiations, and conducting ad-hoc financial analysis across security domains and internal chargeback models.
