Description:
Arab & India Spices is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its Head Office in Ajman Industrial Area. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the company’s finance function and supporting strategic decision-making across its manufacturing and warehouse operations.
The successful candidate will manage financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and cash flow while working closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to improve cost efficiency and maintain strong financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and statutory regulations.
• Monitor production costing, raw material costs, and inventory valuation.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA qualification is preferred.
• 5–8+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or trading.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, or similar software.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.
• IFRS and financial reporting.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
