Description:
Samira Maatouk Group, a well-established and diversified organization in the UAE, is looking to appoint a results-driven Finance Manager to take ownership of the company’s financial operations and contribute to long-term strategic growth. This role is ideal for a finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with leadership capability and business insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across business units
  • Prepare, review, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to support informed decision-making
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT requirements, audits, and internal control standards
  • Supervise accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and cost control measures
  • Deliver strategic financial analysis and insights to senior leadership to guide business performance and expansion
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and external financial partners
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, operational efficiency, and risk management practices

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional certifications or a master’s degree are highly desirable
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, ideally within retail, FMCG, hospitality, or trading environments
  • In-depth understanding of UAE financial laws, VAT regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing finance teams
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP B1, along with strong command of MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
