Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team and lead financial accounting and reporting for our hospitality and F&B operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial records, drive compliance with UAE tax and VAT rules, and provide actionable financial insights to support business growth and operational decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee financial accounting and prepare timely management and statutory reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Coordinate and lead audit activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal control standards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and VAT regulations, preparing related returns and documentation.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and preparation of management accounts.
• Deliver financial analysis, KPI reporting and variance explanations to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement and commercial teams to optimise cost control and profitability.
• Implement and maintain robust financial policies and controls.

Required qualifications & skills:

• Strong background in financial accounting, reporting, audits and compliance.
• Experience preparing management accounts, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and VAT procedures.
• Prior experience in the hospitality and F&B sector is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline; CPA/CFA or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
