Seventh Key Gateway Real Estate Development LLC is seeking a Finance Executive with mandatory experience in real estate development, focused on transactional finance and project-level accounting.
If you’re detail-oriented and familiar with the financial workflows of real estate projects in the UAE, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales, leasing, and booking transactions
- Track client payments, PDCs, and project cash flows
- Reconcile bank accounts and manage escrow transactions
- Ensure VAT & AML compliance
- Prepare financial and collection reports, and support audits
- Coordinate with internal teams to align financial documentation with contracts
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in real estate development (Required)
- Strong command of VAT, PDC tracking, and escrow regulations
- Proficiency in Excel, Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books
Preferable Experience:
- Off-plan sales, CRM-based accounting systems
- Familiarity with RERA, DLD, feasibility studies, and budget forecasting
- Experience in internal audit preparation and project cost analysis
