Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 11,000/month

We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our team and support financial planning, reporting, and analysis efforts. If you have experience in real estate and a strong financial background, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions
- Manage accounts payable/receivable
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit processes
- Monitor cash flow and handle financial transactions
- Assist in tax planning and financial compliance
- Develop financial models to guide planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA/CFA certification (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance/accounting (real estate sector experience preferred)
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial software
