VillageCare is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the efficient management of financial operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update the month-end closing calendar and supporting documentation.
  • Organize and store posted financial entries in the Finance Shared Folder.
  • Prepare check requests for Accounts Payable and assist with post-close allocation configurations.
  • Update allocation documentation and maintain files for the MAR Audit Portal and external audits.
  • Track IT projects within the finance department.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and manage tenant billing.
  • Conduct comparative analyses of financial reports extracted from the data warehouse.
  • Support ad hoc projects aimed at improving the efficiency of financial operations.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for financial analyses and reporting.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience coordinating departmental financial processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure audit compliance.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.
