Description:

Kinetics Group is seeking a seasoned Finance Controller & Reporting Manager to lead multi-entity financial operations across its group companies in the UAE. This senior leadership role is designed for finance professionals with strong expertise in multi-entity reporting, internal controls, cashflow management, and regulatory compliance. The role demands strategic oversight of financial operations, robust reporting, and leadership of accounting teams to ensure accuracy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full monthly financial closing, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, intercompany reconciliations, and expense allocations
  • Monitor division and project profitability and report any variances
  • Manage cashflow, liquidity, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury operations
  • Ensure VAT and Corporate Tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors
  • Supervise accounting staff while enhancing internal controls and financial processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and ERP/system enhancements
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and commercial data

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; professional certifications (ACCA / CPA / CMA) preferred
  • 8–12 years of finance experience, with 4–5 years within the UAE being advantageous
  • Proven expertise in multi-entity financial reporting and monthly closing procedures
  • Experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, or project-based sectors preferred
  • Strong ERP knowledge, preferably NetSuite, and advanced Excel skills
  • Demonstrated experience in cashflow management, treasury operations, compliance, ERP systems, and financial reporting
