Description:
Talent Bridge, a leading data engine and technology partner supporting global AI labs and enterprises, is seeking a Finance Associate to join its core team remotely. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented finance professional with expertise in accounts payable and US payroll, eager to contribute to a fast-growing AI technology company with a global reach.

As a Finance Associate, you will manage critical financial operations, ensure accurate payroll processing, oversee vendor invoices and expenses, and collaborate across teams to maintain compliance and financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process, review, and reconcile accounts payable transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensure timely and precise payroll for US employees via Deel, as well as international EOR and contractors
• Manage vendor invoices and employee expenses using Brex, maintaining accurate records for reporting and compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to inquiries
• Use QuickBooks to record, track, and report AP transactions, supporting monthly and year-end closes
• Maintain compliance with financial controls and company policies, identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Handle multiple concurrent, critical tasks while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements:
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable, US payroll, and QuickBooks in high-growth, startup, or technology environments
• Hands-on experience with Deel for payroll processing for US employees and international contractors
• Proficiency with Brex for vendor invoicing and employee expense management
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High initiative, ownership, and comfort working in a fast-paced global environment
