Description:
[We’re recruiting finance professionals to help build and refine high-quality finance content used to train advanced AI systems. This is a contracted, full-time (40 hrs/week) remote opportunity for a 3–6 month period working directly with a partner of a YC-backed startup. Roles are available for candidates at three experience levels: early-career (1–3 years), mid (3–5 years), and senior (10–15 years).

Primary responsibilities
• Create, edit and refine domain-specific finance content — questions, solutions, explanatory notes and model prompts — tailored for AI training.
• Produce high-quality prompts and example responses that test model reasoning and subject-matter accuracy.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for factual correctness, logical consistency, relevance, clarity and style.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve model performance on complex finance topics.
• Collaborate directly with project partners to align deliverables and incorporate feedback loops.
Required qualifications
• Professional experience in finance (banking, investment banking, wealth management or comparable roles) at one of the specified experience tiers.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, modeling and research.
• Excellent written English with strong editing and content-crafting capabilities.
• Availability to commit ~40 hours per week for the 3–6 month contract term.
Preferred qualifications
• Prior experience with data annotation, labeling, or contribution to AI/ML content projects.
• Comfort working independently, meeting deadlines, and communicating feedback clearly to technical partners.]
