Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions accurately
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients
- Process bills and payments efficiently
- Reconcile bank statements with company records monthly
- Post journal entries to reflect company transactions correctly
- Monitor customer payments and vendor balances
- Organize receipts, invoices, contracts, and payment confirmations
- Handle inquiries regarding invoices, payments, or account balances
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance-related positions
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles
- Proficiency with accounting software
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
