Talent Bridge is seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join a cutting-edge AI research initiative. This fully remote freelance role involves designing and evaluating advanced finance problems to test AI models’ reasoning and analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Problem & Rubric Design
- Create complex, graduate-level finance questions
- Develop detailed grading rubrics with clear criteria for evaluating responses
- Define scoring dimensions including accuracy, methodology, logic, depth, and clarity
Model Answer Development
- Write comprehensive solutions achieving full marks on the rubric
- Provide step-by-step reasoning and quantitative validation
- Ensure academic rigor, precision, and clarity in solutions
AI Evaluation & Feedback
- Assess AI-generated responses against rubrics
- Identify reasoning gaps, logical inconsistencies, and calculation errors
- Provide constructive, actionable feedback to improve AI outputs
Ideal Background:
- PhD or Master’s Degree in Finance or related field (current students accepted)
- Expertise in advanced finance topics such as asset pricing, derivatives, corporate finance, econometrics, and quantitative modeling
- Experience creating graduate-level academic assessments or content
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail in evaluating complex reasoning
- Proficient in English
