Oracle is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Analyst to join the North America Consulting Services finance team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy uncovering actionable insights from complex data sets and providing strategic financial support to drive business decisions. As part of the Global Business Finance Organization, you will work closely with sales, business operations, and HQ teams to deliver FP&A insights that support the company’s executives and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate North America Consulting Services P&L and maintain Industry Dashboard; deliver executive-ready summaries and decks
- Govern the Consulting financial hierarchy to ensure accurate and scalable reporting
- Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Analyze bookings, revenue, expenses, and headcount; compare actuals to plan, forecast, and prior year, providing actionable insights
- Produce monthly and quarterly financial and operational reports; track KPIs and drivers; flag risks and opportunities
- Partner with business, operations, and finance leaders to align assumptions and guide strategic decisions
- Support Consulting delivery and executive bonus plans, including modeling and tracking
- Leverage analytics, AI, and enterprise data sources to enhance reporting and decision-making
- Lead automation and standardization initiatives to improve FP&A processes
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects as business needs evolve
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience
- Advanced Excel skills; ability to produce automated, flexible, and concise reports
- Strong storytelling and executive presentation capabilities
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Outstanding organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Innovative problem-solving and effective decision-making skills
- Ability to work with very large data sets in business intelligence environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
