Overview:
Join Ticketmaster’s North America Settlements team as a Finance Administrator II. You’ll play a key role in translating client contracts into accurate system configurations, ensuring revenue-share calculations are correct, and supporting settlement and event build accuracy. This is a detail-driven, cross-functional role that interfaces with finance, operations and client teams to deliver reliable reporting and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and encode contract terms into SAP and other financial systems, ensuring service fees, per-ticket charges, royalties and revenue-share models reflect the agreements.
  • Program, validate and review financial data in SAP and CAS to align with contract clauses and company standards.
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies related to event builds and fee calculation tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain vendor and client records, updating master data and tracking required documentation to meet audit and compliance standards.
  • Support client onboarding by ensuring timely contract and vendor creation and validating event data through TM1 Events and EMT tools.
  • Monitor contract expirations and coordinate renewals or follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain client status metrics and other reports using Excel and Box, and run ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate on error resolution with transaction and pending teams to clear processing issues.
  • Participate in month-end and other critical cycles; flexible hours (including evenings/weekends) may be required.

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Strong competency in SAP, contract programming and reviewing different contract types.
  • Proficient with SQL/Excel and comfortable extracting, cleaning and organizing data from multiple systems.
  • Experience with analytics / reconciliation and revenue-share calculations.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools and the ability to produce clear, auditable records.
  • Excellent time-management, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Estimated salary range: $60,000 – $75,000 USD (final offer depends on experience, location, and other factors).
