Description:
Al Mazroui Medical Group (AMG) is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Officer to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage accounting operations, support office administration, and assist HR functions while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, petty cash management, bank reconciliations, and payment processing.
- Prepare financial reports, assist with budgets and audits, and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
- Maintain accurate financial records and organize filing systems efficiently.
- Handle general office administration including managing supplies, correspondence, and recordkeeping.
- Support HR activities such as maintaining employee files, contracts, and leave management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 2–5 years of experience in finance or accounting with exposure to administrative duties.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reporting, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Additional certifications in finance/administration or familiarity with tax regulations is a plus.
