Hiring: Finance & Accounts Executive
A reputable client organization is currently looking to hire a Finance & Accounts Executive to support its corporate finance and accounting operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for qualified accounting professionals who have hands-on corporate experience and are comfortable managing end-to-end accounting functions in a structured business environment.
The position involves daily accounting activities, financial reporting, coordination with internal departments, and supporting compliance and audit requirements. Candidates with strong communication skills, professional exposure, and the ability to work collaboratively within teams will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Preparing and finalizing monthly and annual financial statements
- Handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
- Supporting statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance processes
- Coordinating with internal teams and external auditors
- Preparing MIS reports and conducting basic financial analysis
Key Requirements:
- CA or CA Inter qualification is mandatory
- Proven corporate accounting experience is required
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Good communication skills and effective stakeholder coordination abilities
