We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Associate to support our Customer Success team in managing and tracking client campaigns across healthcare media and point-of-care solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals to gain exposure in healthcare marketing, account management, and client strategy within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Customer Success Managers in executing and managing client campaigns and partnerships
- Assist with onboarding and setup of new client campaigns across EHR and POC platforms
- Track campaign pacing, compile performance reports, coordinate with Finance for monthly billing and reconciliation, and assist in preparing client business reviews (QBRs)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Growth) to ensure timely deliverables
- Maintain client-specific documentation, update internal dashboards, and monitor project timelines
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, escalating issues when necessary
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Flora Health’s media and data offerings and develop a strong understanding of client objectives and KPIs
- Contribute to process improvements for reporting, tracking, and client engagement workflows
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer success, client services, marketing operations, or account coordination (internships or agency experience welcome)
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and spreadsheets to analyze results
- Team player with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience or interest in healthcare marketing, EHR systems, or digital media is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
